Together we need to reimagine Aotearoa and secure a vibrant, aspirational future that honours Te Tiriti o Waitangi and works for the many, not the few. A better way is possible. 

• Everyone deserves good work – work that is well-paid, safe and secure and contributes to a meaningful and fulfilling life 

• We need to rebuild Aotearoa’s economy and transform the lives of working people so we can all thrive 

• We must ensure that no one is left behind and that all communities are free from discrimination, paid fairly and have good incomes. 

• We can, through a just transition, protect our environment and create a resilient, high-wage, low-carbon economy that secures our shared future. 

Since June, we have been meeting with union workers, delegates and allied organisations across the motu, and now it's time to open the discussion for everyone.
